I am an investigative journalist based in London. I work regularly with newspapers that include The New York Times, The Economist, The Times, and others.

I have reported from over two dozen countries across Europe, Africa and Asia. This has included reporting on the war in Ukraine, the Islamic State insurgency in Mozambique and from across the Arctic.

I have worked on investigations into leaks from inside the most secretive parts of the Russian intelligence establishment, alleged Chinese cyberattacks, and on the leaks of millions of U.S. military documents.

In 2024, I was granted the Reporting Award by the Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute at New York University. I was also a finalist at the 2024 British Journalism Awards. I won the American Jewish Press Association Rockower Award for Excellence in Reporting on the War in Ukraine in 2023.
